Insurance
Heather is Out of Network with all insurance companies.
Within does not bill insurance in-house. You can still submit a super bill for acupuncture services to your insurance company. This can be helpful in lowering the cost of treatment if your insurance company reimburses you. It is also helpful in paying down/off your deductible. If you have questions about how this can work, you will need some details from your insurance company about your acupuncture coverage. Here is a document that you can use that includes all the questions that need to be answered during your call.

Heather will provide you with a receipt a.k.a. a superbill that has everything you to need to submit for reimbursement.

Flexible Savings Accounts and Health Savings Accounts
If you are enrolled in a high-deductible health plan, you may use your health savings account to pay for treatment. By using your HSA checks or debit card, you may pay for acupuncture with pre-tax dollars while working toward your deductible.

Within's services are also considered qualified medical care for Flexible Spending Accounts. You are welcome to use FSA checks or credit cards for acupuncture treatments.

Heather will provide you with a receipt that has everything you to need to submit for reimbursement.

Taxes
The IRS recognizes acupuncture as a qualified medical expense, which you may find beneficial when preparing your income tax return. Speak with your tax advisor for more information.
