FAQs:

  • What is a foot soak? The herbs used in our medicinal foot soaks are the highest grade possible and will leave your feet feeling relaxed and your body energized. You'll be invited to soak for about 30 minutes. Please click here to read more about their incredible benefits.

*Please note: foot soaks are not appropriate for pregnant women, those fighting cancer or have a history of metastatic cancer, children nor people with open wounds or burns on their feet/ankles. If you fall into one of these groups, please call and we'll see if we can arrange another therapy for you.

  • Will I have privacy during these treatments or is this a social event? Each treatment takes place in a private treatment room. You will speak with Heather, but can otherwise enjoy peace and quiet. However, we welcome you to sign up with friends and create a more social vibe.

  • What is the Infrared Sauna? Our Sunlighten sauna uses patented technology that delivers the highest quality and quantity of full-spectrum infrared heat for therapeutic results. Please click here to read more. Within provides body wipes and towels so you can leave your session feeling clean and refreshed.

*Please note: sauna sessions are not advised for pregnant women nor children. Please use extreme caution.

  • What is acupuncture? Acupuncture is one of the oldest forms of medicine that uses the body's innate ability to heal itself. With the insertion of a few sterile pins, you will immediately begin to relax as your nervous system switches out of the 'fight or flight' condition and into the 'rest and relaxation' mode. Please click here for more information.

  • What should I wear? Whatever you're wearing from work should be fine as long as you can pull up your pant legs above the ankles for the foot soak. Some people prefer to bring gym clothes to feel more comfortable.
